Tincup's 63 Dart w/5.7 Hemi

I am just curious what do you think it would take to get 450hp out of a 5.7? I only ask because the 6.1 cost from 4k-6k and the 5.7 ranges 1k-3k
I just am tring to make 450-500 the most cost afective way.
