318 industrial?
Forged cranks have wide flash marks (1/2 to 3/4), where cast cranks have narrow flash marks (1/8 ). Sorry I don't have a picture of the flash marks on a crank, maybe some one else has.
Below I have listed crank casting no.s below. You will notice there is not a Forged crank 318 listed. I guess because they were rare. If you have a casting no. on that crack maybe you could post it. Or if any one has any corrections let me know. I think I got these fom an old direct connection manual. :thumblef:
