Looking for 11's
64 Dart mild 10 to 1 408 ,econo W2's 750 Demon ,wimp edelbrock hyd performer rpm cam,MSD ignition ,4.10 gears ,adapted PG 3000 stall ,stock springs and shocks ,8.5 slicks.Best so far of 11.71 at 112.8 in the 1/4 and 7.39 at 93 in the 1/8 with a 1.63 60'.I launch on the ft brake at about 2500 and shift at a measily 5800.I have gutted lots of weight off the car ,but it was running low 11.90's with stock bench seat interior ,heater ,etc.My car has 11.50's or better in it easy with more cam.You shouldnt have any trouble getting 11's with a mild small block.Its all in the combo ,motor ,trans ,gears ,and suspension .The Chevy guys hate my gutts at the Nostalgia drag events ,lol .Man i love racing Mopars..
