Please help..

Ok, I have racked my brain in every direction and I am completly out of ideas. First off here is what i have done... Replaced Distributor, Cap, Rotor, Plugs and wires. Moved the Coil and ECU to wheel well.

here is the problem... When cold, the engine seems to run decent, however as it warms up, it starts running worse. I have checked everything I can think of. At most, I am getting about 15 lbs of vacuum. Now for the kicker, the exhaust is never getting hot. The engine warms up, after running for about 10-20 minutes, but the exhuast at the rear pipes are cold... I have full length headers that are wraped, and it is a true dual system. I have tried adjusting the fuel mixture screws on the side of the (holley) carb (vacuum secondaries) all the way from 1/2 turn to 1 1/2 turns and it still seems to have a rough idle and cold exhuast. I have also adjusted the timing to no end. The ECU and Coil are both getting pretty hot and I have moved them both to the wheel well away from all heat. Is it possible the carb is having a problem, or am I just not finding the right adjustment. When the engine is cold, I can move from park to drive with no problems, but when the engine is warmed up, the engine wants to shake, stumble and try to stall sometimes. Also, when accelerating, the engine seems to not have any power below about 2000rpms, and when it does get over 2000rpms, or if I put my foot into it, it seems to studder while accelerating.

PLEASE HELP..... I NEED TO HAVE THIS RUNNING BEFORE SATURDAY MORNING..
