Fixing my belt routing

ok heres what i think the problem is.... looks to me that you are running A/C brackets on your alt. and A/C pullies...
goody has the proper set up on his cuda. see the deep pully. and where the alt. sits?? that is the way it is suposed to be... that is what would have rolled off the showroom floor with ps and NO A/C... end of story...
although in the pic. below it is a factory looking set up it is the older style water pump and would be different then what you need... the brackets and pullies are different...
