Sway Bar Opinions?

I am thinking of replacing my current torsion bars with some .890"s and adding sway bars to the front and rear, but was having a hard time deciding what size sway bars to get and also if anyone has any companies/experiences with sway bars they wouldn't mind sharing their opinion on would be greatly appreciated. I still want the smooth ride I have now but I want my Duster to handle better as well. I know of one company who sells sway bars in sizes 1, 1-1/8 for the Front and 3/4, 7/8 for the Rear. My car is mainly a street car but I drag race every once in awhile.
