What is up with the Dodge Dealers???

Well up here in Canada the 2010 R/T Classic MSRP is $38,000.

There is a 2009 R/T auto on the local lot which has a sticker of $43,000.

There is another nearby with 20" wheels and a sunroof for $46,000! I'm sure there is "some" haggle room but with taxes etc it's getting close to $50,000 I bet.
