Now needing 360 build ideas!!

As many of you know I have been having serious issues getting my 318 to seal. It kept leaking around the head gaskets no matter what. So we decided to start over from scratch. Anyway with the help of a local Mopar man (and board member) I finally picked up a 360 block. So I am looking for build ideas. What I am looking for is a good build up that requires very minimal machining. I think we are going to go with new pistons, a new cam, and set of Edelbrock heads. That is unless I can find a set of COMPLETE iron heads close to home that are GUARANTEED not to have cracks or leaks.

So what do you all think. This is going in a 71 Dart. It will have A/C, power steering and power brakes and an automatic transmission. I am not looking for 12's or anything like that. I mainly want a good strong motor that is respectable.
