How would you save Dodge?

Not all union workers get high pay. There are lots of differant unions. I have worked on both sides. Finding managment that supports lower management when they have a set of balls is hard to find. Finding workers that really want to work is also tuff sometimes. A HARD days work for a GOOD days pay is what is needed.
