67 Barracuda Convertible (Possible scammer?)

I emailed craigslist and this is the response from the seller:

It is in immaculate condition, meticulously maintained and hasn't been involved in any accident..I do have the title , clear, under my name.The car have 49,151 miles, year 1967 and VIN BH27D72306003.
