Pics of the cars, or a hint of the parts you have would be good.
 
thanks for looking at what you haven't given us a hint of what you have. pictures or even what years you have or a list of parts would be awesome. otherwise you just sound like a scammer only trying to sell parts.. but maybe i'm out of line
 
If you really want to sell the parts, make a list of what you have and what you want otherwise nobody will waste their time if you don't seem that enthusiastic about taking the time to make a list and will pass up your ad as fast as Nanci Pelosi driving by a gun show.
 
Hey OneStep.

I edited your phone # out of your original post and I see you placed it back in. Also, if you want to post parts, post a separate ad in the "Parts for Sale" forum. If you don't want to play by the rules, don't play at all.

It would behoove you to add some pics and descriptions of the cars. Otherwise, as you have seen above, some might thinking you are not on the up & up.
 
I went down to Georgia the other week and took a drive to look at the cars Butch said he had for sale. He is located in Milledgeville Georgia which is about 2 hrs south east of Atlanta. He himself does not have a computer so he had a friend post his ad for him. The cars really do exist this is not a scam, they are in rough shape but most of them are complete and he would rather sell the whole car but said he would remove parts based on how easy they are to remove. I did not discuss prices on anything you must talk right to him I have some photos of some of the cars that were taken with a phone camera so it's the best that I have but at least you can get an idea. If you would like to see pictures of some of his cars PM me I can't get them in this post but the picture of the 66 barracuda in this post is one of the cars that he has.

I told you, i had no pics , There are to many parts to list!! Thanks CUDA for the update, The cars are there, They've been there for 30 years to my knowledge!! I'm not buying another camera!! Everyone I buy, the kids destroy!!!

Onestep1, we do not allow new members to post email or phone #s due to the fact that many problems have stemmed from this in the past. As for the " Do Not Edit This Add Again" subject line, I highly suggest you rethink your approach. If I see your ph # (or other contact info) in here again, the post will be deleted.
 
I'd pay attention to gtx on this,we don't mind providing a free ad so you can move your part's etc. a kazillion pm's later you will wish you posted pic's and description's of parts you have to sell and the condition (be very honest about condition)and don't let the kid's play with your camera if you wan't to sell part's...... anywhere...very hard for anyone to buy part's they can't see unless it's like a flywheel bolt or a set of torsion bar's or used tires....and don't get stupid with moderator's or member's unless you enjoy trip's to cyberspace......otherwise welcome to forabodiesonly.com :cheers:
 
I would be interested in parts &/or a car but how can we get in touch with him if he does not have his own computer? He is 4.5 hours away from me & I am not driving that far without seeing pictures. This post is a tease!

I posted how to reach the owner, Butches camera burned in his house, & I have 2 neices that supposedly do no wrong! They've destroyed 3 cameras now!! I also posted Butches phone number three times!! Is th only way I know of to find out whats there!! He knows, If he doesn't he'll go look & call back, 2 members have talked to him, One has visited!!!

This whole thread is frightful. Someone (moderators?) help onestep set this up. We all know that scammers exist, and we should be cautious, but there is no need to be ugly (other sites have that down pat). I consider us all a family, I have seen the evidence when one of us is in need. My suggestion, delete this entire post, contact the new member and give a brief tutorial. Many newcomers think of this like it is a newspaper classified, i.e. cold and impersonal. But FABO is more than that; it is at minimum a community bulletin board bordering on a family bulletin board on "the fridge". We take too personal when someone new doesn't understand that. We are a rare breed, and need to be cautious, while remaining welcoming. We all were new at one point, don't forget that.

Finally! someone who isn't insane with the price of these back windows. I see so many sellers trying to get hundreds for them, why? They aren't rare, there are more back windows for these cars out there than there are cars left to use them in. Just about every car that got parted had a good back window.

Shipping one though is a totally different issue.
