My EDC blade for about two years has been the Benchmade 615 (mini-Rukus) with a plain edge. I prefer the plain edge for EDC carry, as serrations just add complication to maintaining the edge and I don't spend a significant portion of my day cutting seatbelts nor 1" rope. The S30V steel holds a 30° included angle without issue and seems to be nearly impervious to corrosion. I like the AXIS locking mechanism as it's truly ambidextrous, stupid-strong and keeps stuff I'd rather not wreck (fingertips, etc) away from the edge when closing the thing. The micarta/G10 scales don't even get notably slippery when covered in blood. I don't know of another knife on the current market I'd rather have.
