what do I need

Hey mopar guys, it's me here again to ask some questions about cams.
I've been working on this 360 for my swinger and so far so good. The block has been completly torn down, .020 over new oilers rings seals bearings everything is to spec on the bottom end. The heads have been cleaned lapped measured springs valves grommets etc, now i just need some power plant goodies. I'm planning on a new intake, headers 4 bbl carb 650-700 cfm ignition system, and cam.The car will have functioning twin scoops.
I'll be running a 727 TF, 8.25 rear-end with 3.90 gears and posi/locker, and the rear tires are 255's.
I would like the car to be streetable yet a little bit economical on the other hand I've always said I need to build a 5 liter eater.
Questions..........cam size. I was hoping somewhere around 220 @ 50 with a good offset for scavaging, any idea's come to mind?
Another question would be torqe convertor stall, no stall??? or maybe just a shift kit? If any of you guys have been here, your help would be much appreciated THANKS
