Did you use primer on the pinch welds before applying the urethane in the first stage before applying the glass?

Also etching primer on the inside of the glass so the urethane will adhere?

The above method that I mentioned is the best possible way of installing the front and back glass. You are actually making a aquarium ..... it can't leak!
