who made these headers?

My 440 Dart has fenderwell headers, however not all the tubes go through the fenderwells. On the drivers side only 2 go through, and on the passengers side only one. They are two inch tubes.
On the passenger side there is zero clearance between the tube and the shock tower.
If anybody knows what company made these I would appreciate it.
