Looks like we're both 'old school'...and I bet your word is your bond and you believe a handshake is a good-enough contract. Too bad the world has gotten away from that.
I've gotta admit that I'm like that with people I know. Those I don't know I have to be more cautious with - times being what they are and what people have become.
