The only thing I don't like about the Mr. Gasket style is that the actual workings of it that sit inside your tunnel are bigger and I think the old school HURST is more simple, we fit his into a very slightly modified stock 4spd tunnel we swapped in out of a Duster, no big issue really just personal preference

driving v-gate trannys on the street is hella cool man! people say its impractical and all, but theres definatly a cool factor to it...im honestly thinking of going to an old school faceplated or slick shifted a833 when my t5 craps out and sticking a v-gate on it...those old trannys are pretty damn tough and can take quite the beating
