FInally got moving on my 64 Barracuda!!

Actually, I thought about going out to the garage today, [...] but it's only going to be 32 here today, and my garage is detached, with no heat, so when it's 32 outside, the garage is about 25 inside, or so it seems, and I don't work well in those kind of temps.

A familiar issue. :) The warmest place I ever lived was northern Florida, and even there, winter temps in the 30s are common. Darn hard to work with no heat. But at least winter doesn't last long. Beats the heck out of New England.

I got spoiled with the summers, though. San Francisco feels like winter year-round, to me. And real estate is so much harder to come by... we're lucky to have a garage at all, and it's not really ideal for doing any work. If I put a compact car in there, space is so tight I have to choose my parking offset as to whether I'll be able to open the right door or the left. Seriously.

Wow, I'm still realizing how much that Florida dedicated 1.5 car garage spoiled me. ;) In the next few months as I settle into SF, I hope to find a small industrial workspace to rent. Anyone with ideas, please feel free to send me a PM.

PS. Not that it was my intention to solicit, but it's on my mind: anyone looking to buy property in Jacksonville, please feel free to PM. Thanks.
