HELP! What is this? and where can I get one!!

That goes to your interlocking seat belts, on your 74, do you have the relay on fire wall with the push button, I have same thing on my 74 RR/GTX and went bad and car would not start, I have one off of a 74 Sat. Parts car, what is # on plastic Box I have one or two. see pic
