small block heads, 4027596 casting # any good??

lol thanks guys for all the advice. The big thing with this is it would be easy for me to get the 596's because they'll be in a trade for my /6 stuff. Like i said before i definatly don't have the money to go out and buy a nice set of aftermarkets, and thanks for not suggestiing it, i've noticed that some people don't care what you say, they just keep insisting that you should be buying aftermarket ones. If i do end up getting these heads what do you guys reccomend on mods for these heads (trying to keep in mind the budget). I'm just thinking maybe leave valve sizes alone and focus more on porting and polishing etc etc? I'm asking you guys because i know you've all gone through this before and i still have much to learn. My dad is a great help but he's a big block guy, he didn't even know about externally balanced motors lol. Thanks again guys, much appretiated
