A black 4sp 340 Mod Top? That's cool...
The plan looks decent so far. FOr 375hp, you dont need much really. The LD340 is a good intake, and the Tquad bolts right on. I wouldnt go crazy on porting the heads. They will work better if you just have a good performance valve job (5 angle with cutters, no stones) done, and maybe gasket match them. no bigger valves...In terms of cams, you dont need a roller, and you dont want one either, IMO. If you must stay MP (and it would be my last choice) I'd go with the P4452992, 280°/.474 hydraulic. It will make decent torque, which is what a 3.23 geared stick car will like. My first choice would be a Crane, 693801, 278°/.467 int, 290°/.494 exh. Second would be the Comp XE268. All choices should be degreed to make sure they are where they are supposed to be.
