Anyone else NOT care about Christams?

Personally, i like Christmas for the turkey dinner, the day off, decorations and lights, and family. I am a christian but i know jesus wasn't born on Dec 25th. And by no means am i a bible thumper.
I really don't get much out of exchanging presents or the commercialism that is involved. Christmas to me means to have a day of reflection on the past year and to be thankful for what you have, and how to improve your life to make yourself and others happier.
If it's your bag to sit around with your girlfriend and drink Jack and listen to Korn on Dec 25th then why not? Sometimes it's a stress relief to do just exactly that. I spent one Christmas drinking beer and listening to the Dead Kennedys, Sex Pistols, D.O.A., Cramps, Black Flag, Devo, etc. If you don't want kids i don't blame you. I didn't and never did. It's whatever works for you that's important. It's your life.
If you are happy with your life then i guess you did have a merry christmas after all! (or whatever you want to call it) :-D
