Looking to buy a blast cabinet. I bought one from harbor frieght real cheap. Pretty much a POS. I would like to buy a medium size cabinet to blast small parts like control arms brackets ect. Anyone know where I can get a reliable one? I would like to buy a good used one if someone on the forum might have one.

the cabinet is probably fine, its just the gun that is a pos. why not change out the gun for a better one.
I have not tried this kit yet but when my table top cabinet gun fails me I am going to try it

I agree, the gun is the most important part. I use a TP gun kit in my cabinet that the wife made for me.

What kind of problems are you having? A sandblast cabinet is a pretty simple tool. If you have plenty of clean dry air it ought to work fine. If you don't it won't matter how much money you spend you won't like working with it.

I've had one of those exact same upgrade kits on my cabinet for a couple years now. Highly recommended!!!

Nice work on the lady's homemade blast cabinet. That's a girl after my own heart right there. LOL

Whoa-Whoa-Whoa......Your wife made that for you ?

Impressive !

Yes she did, she taught me how to do body work and paint too. Our first car together 25 years ago. She was mopar and I was Chevy, that did not last long, I was hooked...

Wow thanks for the info. Love the homemade blast cabinet. I will check on all those things mentioned. I have not had the cabinet in use for some time.
