I had Gateway plating down on Texas near Jefferson & Gravois (south city) do a few things for me and it all looked pretty good, but they did the bumpers on my uncles 57 Ford and the front looked great but he wasn't happy with the rear, I don't think they had a very good bumper to work with though and you can't expect miracles.
I did ask them about stripping the chrome from a few bike frames and he said there was a minimum charge of $42.50 and I could get a few frames done for that price.
Gateway is also the only place in the St.Louis area that does bumpers. There is a place down in Cuba, but I heard they are extremely high but I never saw their work so it may be worth it.
