you say the weather is better there on average then northern SC ?? yes i agree SC taxes on every thing,,,makes the house pricing not so good,,, all i would do is drop a double wide on it,,and a 2 car garage....all depends on my 401K,,,, e mail me some pics when you can,,,and building or local laws reguarding living on that piece of ground,,,,[email protected]
