i think he meens the vehicle property taxes S C charges per vehicle,,, i just found out VA does the same thing,,,so far besides not a lot of jobs in SC,, there vehicle property taxes are the only down fall as to relocating there,,, i have 5 vehicles, that would cost me more a year then my home owners taxes here in the land of high taxes PA,,,
