BFG's or MT's Radials?

I run a 275/60/15 B.F.G. drag radial on a 8 " steel wheel. i was not impressed with them at first. after i got them broke in and dropped air on them they hook hard. have torn alot of **** up with them. Broke axle, broke driveshaft, broke pinion gear, broke adjustable pinion snubbers. I take them down to 12-13.5 lbs. of air. the best 60 ft. i ever got was with a set of McCrearey's 275/60/15 they were d.o.t dirt track compound tires for the roundy round guys used, but I don't think there availible anymore.
