car has been timed by a policeoficer at one point doing over 270 km/h (about 168 mph) with a 340 and that owner said the car had more in it when he was stopped...
I've heard this story more than once before about different cars. All I can say is that it is VERY UNLIKELY. I'd have to see the ticket personally.........
