Grundys Insurance, anyone use it?

The question is at claim time do you have to fight with them?I have State Farm and have $18K on the GTS and $28K on the 71 Road Runner I just wonder how much I would have to fight with them if I had a big loss claim.I have thought about switching to Grundy but would it be better than State Farm???
