I like a January squirrel =P~ They make a good gravy.
I shoot crow to keep myself 8)and my guns sighted in and harvest the remainds after sanitizing.
Our season on small game this year,:read2: I just have this time to harvest the protein :clock:
I will be starting a thread soon I hope #-o on a boiled squirrel to go in them dumplin's =P~ Rabbit and white beans make for some good eating trail mix =D>.
