alternator tech help

hay redfish yes it is the square back one... now how do i fix this problem before i start another problem.......or how do i wire alternator b that has more amp... which everone is the best...... hay redfish if all is right on the web pages i should come out to about no more that 30 amps..i know its alot so help me out here please...thanks
