Go Electric?

Sorry, I orginaly posted this in the General Diss., but it is more of an Engine Issue. I am going to start some body work in the winter and will be changing paint colors, so I am going to have to pull the motor to paint the engine compartment, so I was thinking of update the A/C compressor to a newer type from Classic Auto Air and swap out my fan for an electric one. Does anyone know how much cfm the factory fan pulls? They say that the swap will add some horses back to the motor. Will it increase HP, about how much, and were would it be (lower or higher RPM)?

Color will be PV3 (Chrysler Amber Fire) with new black top.
