You could also leave the windows down a bit so condensation and moisture cant really build up or you could just leave the windows down and a jar of peanut butter in there and with all the mice running around in the car there would be some crazy wild air movement and someone looking after the car for you.. but then i guess mouse poo could be an issue.. so make sure to leave toilet paper!

Wouldnt rice work the same? but that could cause issues with rodents i presume.
