65 Barracuda outside lower trim attach removal

The plugs need to be pulled from the out side, they are tapered plugs. Just drill a small hole in them and use a screw to pull them out.

The clips will more than likely fall apart when you take them off though, there is 4 tabs that get spread out by the plugs and when you go to pull them off the rocker, the tabs will come off.

I bought a set of universal clips from a body shop supplier made buy Au-ve-co that I filed to fit the molding. the part number is 8581
