1971 Valiant Super Bee (Mexico) Proyect

My friend just picked up a '70 Mexican Valiant here in Canada, it looks like a Duster, is there any way to decode the fender tag or vin to see if it's a super bee?
From the pics already posted, it doesn't look like it. It's a 318 4 barrel column auto with a standard guage cluster and the speedo is in km/h.
I'll try to get some pics up as soon as he sends them to me.
