Are tti headers worth the cost?

That header comparo from MoPar Muscle was on a 300 hp 360 cid enine. A very very mild cam is used. Theres no wonder theres only a 16 hp difference there. Now on a higher HP build, say 380+ HP. I bet it shows well.
