Shock ripped off mount! Rear! Advice needed

stock mount plate...if i am getting you right he welded the bottom tabs and moved the shocks..(why) any pic..

The shock was mounted on top of the axle instead of the stock position. The lack of compression from the now super long shock sheered off were it connects to the trunk. I'll get a pic tomorrow
