You can adjust the rockers with that cam at TDC on each cylinder and after settig it to zero lash you turn the adjuster screw a extra 1/8 turn to keep the lifter pumped up and valve train noise to a low level.You may find some people saying to adjust it 1/4 turn and even 1/2 a turn.This is a good performance cam and should just need the 1/8 turn to load the lifter and keep it from running rough if you tighten to far,Mrmopartech
