turbo 360 on engine dyno see inside!

Very cool and job well done! Couple of questions:

I noticed that there is no breather attached, is that due to there being no vacuum in manifold under boost? How are crankcase gases evacuated? Would a belt driven vacuum/evac system be beneficial to power production and reducing gasket weep?
