kill stories
I got some from when I had my old civic. My set up was big T3 super 60 turbo, 450 injectors, blah blah, running 9.5 psi on a lil sohc motor (stock internals). Putting down about 220 whp in 2400lbs car. Best time in the quarter was a 13.39 on drag radials. I would always be sitting at a red light and hear someone rev on me, never fails to see a fox body rustang or a 90s camaro sitting there reving hard, staring me down. Nothing made them more mad when I would ask them "what ya got in there? a v6?" So needless to say, when the light turned green I would usually pull away on them and they would always ask me to pull over so they could check out what I had under the hood. It was priceless seeing there jaws hit the ground when they saw they got beat by a little sohc motor. Don't get me wrong, I was brought up to always keep it on the track. But being 20, 21 at the time I would give in to temptation here and there at the chance to show someone up :-D.
Right now I'm currently trying to get rid of my jeep and get an A-body for my first muscle build. Been out of building cars for about 2-3 years, and never tackled a muscle car before. Looks like a ton of fun and besides I was brought up watching my dad race at events at Woodburn, Portland International Raceway, and up at Pacific Raceways in Kent, WA in his 69 Camaro SS.
