Another one, not so good,
Same scenario Park lawn cut off against a 71 GTO/Lemans. We had a crowd and a starter so it was pretty cool. I waste this guy out of the hole and see him in my rearview by 3rd I had him done BUT then my Duster shuts off and does a nose dive. I had wired the fuel pump into the fuse box (rookie)and kicked it out with my foot. He under stood and said we could go again double or nothing.
Second race he smokes me by 3/4 cars and I brake my 4:56es and pay him 40$ . He claimed he only had an intake /carb/headers..........to this day I swear that pontiac was on the drugs.
