One night up at Finch & Weston the police closed off the big parking lot and started running plates and checking insurance. It was serious back then . Guys would pull cars up on trailers with slicks and open headers.crazy stuff. I had a guy in a vega pull up beside me at 50mph , gear down and pull his front wheels 3ft off the ground, We are talking early 80s here. I agree that the law is more focused on the import crap now. They tend to leave us alone unless you are stupid.
