I'm thinking A Body with a 440?

I have a 69 Dart with a 340; I am thinking about swapping into a 440.

I was looking at the Schumacker motor mount kits.

All of the headers that I see available for a big block in an A Body are fenderwell style.... is that all that is available for this combo?

sanderson headers in calif. make a super nice block hugger header for mopar big blocks. I have them on my 63 valiant with a 400. I also have a Alterkation front suspension which eliminates the K_Frame crossover. I also turned them upward and mounted turbos on them. They are exellent quality but a bit pricey. 3/8 flange and 1 7/8 pipes 14 or 16 gage.
 
As far as chassis headers, if you`re just going with a mild 440 I`d suggest the Schumacher header. Good bang for the buck. They do have their limitations though and if you`re building some horsepower then I`d recommend the TTI`s. They`re expensive but built extremely well and are available in 2" diameter.

The Schumacher headers are great. I have my Scamp at 12.01@112mph with the mufflers on. It will hit 11s this spring with differents tires.
