Well, in his defense.. If I got a note such as yours, I'd say the same thing. You get more flies with honey... Or at least without talking through clenched teeth...lol. The cranks have been out a while so getting it back isnt going to change anything, and you already had stated you bought a competitor's. So there's no point in continuing.
