anybody know the wire colors comming out of msd 6al?

Depends on your install. You keeping all the stock stuff? If so they give ya all the connectors to keep all the old wires and add the msd wires. That's what make the pictures confusing.

If your gonna take all the stock stuff out the negative coil wire will come out in the orange box harness.

The original positive coil wire goes to the small red wire coming out the msd. That will now be key power for the msd
