The Walmart Effect

We have a local legend(read douchbag dipshit) we call Pro Street Jeff. Jeff is about 4'9'' tall and has the attitude of a jackass twice his size. Now Jeff owns a trailor queen blown 440 cuda and to him it is the badest most unbeatable car that has ever been owned. Problem is that if he ever runs it and it doesnt break, then the best he could get out of it is a mid 13second pass. But something always went wrong where he let out of it or it isnt running right (even when he trailors it to the track 40 miles away then refuses to run it).
Yeah build a simple effective combo and go beat people like Pro Street Jeff. Thats a good time.
