Just a quick update............. Denny and Weeb came in from Ohio to turn a few wrenches on the Demon. It started out pretty good with the removal of the old fuel line and installation of the new one, a battery relocation to the trunk was finished and looks "dandy". We wanted to install new rear springs with a relocation kit (3/4 offset) and ran in to a little trouble with the rear end. Not because of anything we did but because the rear end was shortened 6 inch's to much! Jim stopped by and was nun to happy with the supplier of the rear but was told it would be taken care of ASAP. A word of caution.....never buy parts for your street car from a drag racer because everything they want to do is done with a double throw down race mentality! Its a street car dummy and this is what I want!!!!!! ( rant over ) We did do a lot of prep for when the Hemi comes. Took care of a few wiring issues and called it a day. In the next few weeks the rear end will be delivered. The Hemi is ready and will be delivered along with the front suspension, trans and all other components to get the Butterscotch Demon rolling!!!!!!!!!!
