holley double pumper id?

My Car Has A Holley D.p On It, And I Can't Find A Number On It. It Is Leaking Gas Out Of The Shaft That Works The Throttle Cable. Are These Hard To Rebuild? I Am A Novice At Carbs. Or Should I Find Someone That Will Rebuild It For Me?
