Little $250 69 Valiant

Those wheels in your drawing look like a set of late model Mustang Bullitt wheels. They are 4 1/2 inch pattern 17", and can be had fairly cheap as the mustang guys are starting to customize them. A simple wheel center emblem change is all that's needed.
