Looking for a shifter!

Just to clarify ....I am looking for the B&M hammer shifter, the style with the ratcheting mechanism....a plus if it comes with with its own shifter box enclosure (mini console for the shifter) with gear selection indicators.

also maybe interested in other ratchet shifters? I just prefer the hammer shifter is all
